Recurring Cleaning is designed to protect the investment of your deep clean. With weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly visits, we keep surfaces shining, dust under control, and your home feeling effortlessly maintained. On top of maintaining high traffic areas that need attention on a regular basis, we also rotate deep cleaning tasks with every visit, so every room stays looking its best. Recurring Cleaning is the easiest way to enjoy a spotless home all year round.

FAQ about our Deep Cleans & Recurring Cleans:

  • We don’t cover the following in our standard Deep Cleans:

    • Oven interiors

    • Refrigerator interiors

    • Cabinet/Drawer interiors

    • Exterior windows

    If you’d like us to cover any of the above, we do offer these services as add-ons. Please specify what you’d like when contacting us and we’ll include it in your quote!

    *We also do not cover fans, lights, windows, etc. that would require more than a 3’ step stool to reach (for insurance reasons).

  • A deep clean typically takes one to two full days depending on the size and condition of the home. During our initial walkthrough, we’ll provide you with an estimate of how much time your specific clean will require. If scheduling a two-day deep clean doesn’t work for you, we’re happy to split the service into multiple sessions* to make it more convenient while still ensuring every detail is covered.

    *If a deep clean is split into multiple sessions, payment for the full service is due after the first scheduled cleaning day. This ensures your spot is secured for the remaining session(s) and allows us to complete the full service as planned.

  • We don’t require much preparation! We only ask that loose items and general clutter be cleared before your appointment. This allows us to focus fully on the cleaning itself and ensures nothing is misplaced.

  • Yes, we provide all our own products and tools. If you’d prefer for us to use specific products, or your own vacuum, we’d be happy to! All we ask is that you leave it out for us so it’s easily accessible.

  • We’ll do our best to restore your home to a like-new state, although some stains/damage may require a more specialized professional.

  • Pricing for deep cleans and recurring cleans depend on home size, condition, and your individual needs. We will give you a flat rate during the initial walkthrough. We will never unexpectedly raise the price after the clean is done — any pricing changes will always be communicated to you before the clean is underway.

  • While we can move lighter furniture to clean behind it, if the furniture is on the heavier side we will do our best to get behind/under it without moving it. This is to protect our technicians from injury, and to protect your flooring from potential damage.
