FAQs About Our Move-Out/Move-In Cleans

  • Generally, yes. However, if you’re on a tight schedule, we can begin the clean in rooms that are already empty while you’re actively moving items out of other areas in the home.

  • How long the clean will take depends on the size and condition of the home. Because Move-Out Cleans are so thorough, it usually takes us one to two days for a small apartment, or two to three days for an average-sized home. Upon our initial walkthrough, we can give you an estimate regarding how long we think the clean will take.

  • Yes! We provide everything we’ll need to complete the clean.

  • It depends on how high the ceiling is! For insurance reasons, we’re able to get things that are within reach while standing on a 3’ step stool.

  • Yes! When we do a Move-Out Clean, we clean every surface we can reach. This includes inside of deep cabinets, the tops of cabinets, inside ovens, refrigerators, etc.

  • We do offer carpet shampooing as an add-on service. We cannot guarantee that every stain can be removed, but we always pre-treat any stains and do our absolute best to restore carpets to their original state.

  • We will meet professional cleaning standards to help you get your deposit back, but deposits also depend on damages, repairs, and landlord policies.

  • Yes! We’d be happy to work with their checklist to ensure requirements are met.

  • You do not need to be present during the clean. We are happy to lock up for you at the end, and leave the key in a hidden spot, or we can take the key with us for when we return the next day. Keys will always be safely returned to you upon completion of the clean or upon request. We are also willing to contact you when we are done so you can lock up, if that’s what you’re more comfortable with.

    However, if you’d like to remain present during the clean, you’re more than welcome to!

  • We price our cleans based off of home size and the condition of the home. We will always discuss pricing beforehand, and there will never be unexpected charges at the end.
